The department of food technology is a technological branch that operates raw materials based on agriculture and livestock applying modern technology; that produces and presents comsumable foods to the human alimentation realizing food control processes in terms of microbiology, chemistry and physics with a view to safe food manufacturing. The need of well-qualified staff increases due to the incrase of aouto-control laboratories in companies.
